Autopilot 

 

The Pixhawk PX-4 is the brains of the UAV. Containing a gyroscope and accelerometer it is able to sense the UAV’s attitude and manipulate the control surfaces in order to maintain stable flight and stay on the pre-defined flight path. The flightpath is set using the ArduPilot APM Planner suite. The map of a location is downloaded and the coordinates of the waypoints can be set to define the flightpath.
